Mastermind groups form a synergistic interaction by individuals bringing their ideas and perspectives from the assigned reading. From there, education, brainstorming, accountability and support come together to produce Master Minds; everyone walks away with the combined knowledge and experience from the total group.

The foundational workshop helps organizations establish a common language and value system for diverse perspectives and unique talent in the workplace. During the workshop, participants discover unique aspects about themselves and everyone around them. After completing a personality temperament assessment, participants begin a hands-on experience learning and interacting with each other in a powerful new way.
