Meet Karen Atiles, MAOL, ACC
I'm different: Before founding Lifelong Development, I served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. I managed small and large teams to accomplish a wide array of goals, producing many accolades. I also have a global mindset, from international relationship building experiences. I understand cultural and personality differences and bring this expertise to organizations dealing with diversity and generational issues.
I'm passionate: I only focus on a handful of areas, the ones I'm passionate about and the ones I guarantee I'm an expert in. Those areas are: leadership, change management, emotional intelligence, personality differences, resilience, and communication.
I'm me: I genuinely love seeing people reach their full potential; it's why I'm so passionate about what I do. I also believe everyone deserves a cup of love; we are never fully aware of the struggles people are going through unless we take the time to listen. Lastly, I love traveling, learning, and experiencing new things; It keeps me in tune with where I'm most needed with people.
