Lifelong Development is a personal and business consulting agency that aims to lift the lid on leadership potential.

Karen Atiles
Karen is a certified business and leadership coach who helps individuals reach their full potential faster and with fuller color than they ever could alone. Karen started her business in 2016 to help individuals and organizations fill leadership gaps and create the urgency for change, whether it’s in processes or mindsets.

Jesus joined Lifelong Development in 2022 after working 10+ years in the US Army, 8 years of Government federal service, and time with global IT companies with 10+ years specializing in business operations, analytics, performance/process improvement, IT project and program management
